Full Roof Replacement Done Right in Lima Ohio

This Lima home needed more than just new shingles. When we pulled everything off, the decking underneath wasn't up to code - so before a single shingle went down, we installed all new sheeting. That deep black color against the white siding is a clean, sharp look - but it's what's underneath that matters most. We paired the shingles with lifetime pipe boots and matching black chimney flashing. Every penetration point sealed correctly. No shortcuts.

Ventilation was another piece of this that needed attention. Older homes often end up with imbalanced airflow in the attic - too much heat and moisture builds up, and it quietly destroys a roof from the inside out. We installed Lomanco intake air vents combined with Lomanco ridge vent to get this home back to a properly balanced system. That's the kind of detail that adds years to a roof's life.

After the roofing crew wrapped up, we came back and installed all new seamless gutters to finish things off. It made sense to handle both at once - new roof, new gutters, one crew, one project done right from top to bottom.
