Sometimes a fence gets to a point where repairs just don't make sense anymore. The old fence on Kibby St was worn down, faded, and past its useful life. The right call was a full tear-out and a fresh start - and that's exactly what we did.

We pulled the old fence completely and installed a new pressure-treated wood privacy fence in its place. Pressure-treated lumber is the right choice for this kind of job. It holds up against moisture, insects, and the general wear that comes with being outside year after year. It's built to last.

What we ended up with is a clean, solid fence that runs the full perimeter of the yard. Even spacing between pickets, sturdy posts, and a consistent height all the way through. Nothing sloppy, nothing rushed. The kind of work you can actually be proud of when it's done.

A good privacy fence does a lot for a property. It gives you a defined space that's actually yours. It keeps kids and pets contained. It cuts down on noise and keeps neighbors from looking straight into your backyard. It also just makes the whole lot look more finished and put-together. That's hard to put a number on, but it's real.

If your fence is leaning, rotting, or just plain worn out, a replacement might be closer to what you actually need than another round of patch jobs. We handle the whole thing - tear-out, haul-off, and new installation from the ground up.
